Our story
The disproportionate impact of Covid-19 on minority-owned businesses and the May 25, 2020 gruesome murder of George Floyd motivated the founding of Growmotor. After days lamenting and struggling to answer questions posed by our children, my wife and I launched this venture to help blacks and other minorities grow their wealth. Covid-19 and the unprecedented protests that followed George Floyd’s death brought attention to fundamental problems and outsized challenges faced by minorities and minority-owned businesses. Protests, debates, and discussions raise awareness but do not solve problems. We believe everyone needs to put his or her talent, expertise, knowledge, money, and network to work immediately. Our response is Growmotor: a positive intervention to achieve economic prosperity and well-being by facilitating wealth creation through rapid growth of minority-owned businesses. We recognize that this cause is bigger than us. We will work with likeminded individuals and organizations to pursue it tirelessly.

Growth Angels
Our Growth Angels serve as steering committee/advisory board members, mentors, workshop facilitators, and/or expert panelists.
