What we do?

We leverage technology to channel the expertise of growth catalysts (Growth Angels) to support the growth of local businesses. We focus on helping businesses increase Cash, Productivity, and Revenue (CPR) rapidly through cohort-based workshops and forums for owners and their management teams. The resulting growth will engender more jobs with dignified pay, local heroes, mentors, business cases, management skills, local pride and wealth generation to level the playing field for disadvantage communities.

Emphasis

We help owners and their management teams increase Cash, Productivity, and Revenue (CPR) rapidly through cohort-based workshops and forums delivered primarily virtually, affordably, and in a manner that is scalable to maximize reach and impact.

Outcomes

The resulting growth will engender more jobs with dignified pay, local heroes, mentors, business cases, management skills, local pride and wealth generation to level the playing field for disadvantage communities.

Consequences

The growth outcomes achieved will in turn attract investment capital, financing opportunities, talent, startups, network, collaboration, community engagement, local business cases, research, positive media and a thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem.
